How will I receive updates about my quotations/orders?

 Southern AM Engineering will notify you through email about all your quotation/order details. Please check your spam, junk, social, promotion, or other folders you may have within your email service in case of lost correspondence related to your quotations and orders. Please contact us directly if you are not receiving our emails.

How do I pay for an order?

Upon receipt of a quotation, the total cost including shipping and sales tax (as applicable) will be included.  When you accept a quotation, you will be required to add a payment method to your account. Southern AM Engineering will then process your order for fulfillment.

How can I see the history of my quotes and orders?

Please create an account on our website so you have a “CART” .  Once the CART is set-up, all your transactions, quotes, orders, and payment methods are stored and available to you.

How do I track the status of an order?

Each order is processed based on the details RFQ and noted on the quotation (and order?).  Southern AM Engineering staff monitor the orders and keep track of deliveries.  Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions or concerns  Admin@southernameng.com or 657-325-4200.

How do I return a product if it does not match the order?

Please email or call us, admin@southernameng.com or 657-325-4200, to coordinate any returns.

Can I change the quantity in the quotation prior to submitting the order?

Yes the quantity can be adjusted in the CART prior to placing the order.

If I have a recurring quotation, how often do you hold or adjust prices?

On the RFQ submission notes section, include a comment if we can hold the last price when submitting a recurring quotation.  Generally they are adjusted annually aligned with inflation.  Prices are adjusted depending on market conditions and inflation.

What “other” categories of products does Southern AM Engineering quote?

Southern AM Engineering can quote custom design parts and components.  Customers reach out to see if our engineering team can enhance the products or introduce a part that improves the performance.
